Natalie J. Goertz | RN, BScN, CIC
Chief Executive Officer
Natalie Goertz holds a BScN (UWO, London, Ontario) and is a registered nurse. She is currently completing a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology. Natalie is certified through the Certification Board of Infection Control and has experience in all levels of health care including a large tertiary health care centre, a large community hospital as well as public health. She has managed an Infection Prevention and Control department in acute care. Natalie has served as co-chair of the IPAC-Canada Surveillance and Epidemiology Interest Group and as President for the IPAC-Canada Southwestern Ontario Chapter. She has extensive knowledge of program development and evaluation for Infection Control Programs, Environmental Services, and Reprocessing Departments and has successfully led these groups through the Accreditation process. Natalie has experience in conducting, participating, and evaluating research on infection control practices and has presented research findings at national and international conferences including IPAC-Canada, APIC, and SHEA.
Stefan David | BSC ENG, P.ENG.
Director Of Strategic Partnerships
Stefan David graduated from Guelph University with a degree in Systems and Computing Engineering. He is a professional engineer with experience in mechanical and electrical designations. Stefan has a keen interest in business development and has spent 8 years’ experience managing Toshiba’s Canadian operations. He is well versed in all project phases, including green field development, contract negotiations and project delivery. Stefan has completed the CSA Designing for the Future Z8000 – Canadian Health Care Facilities and Effective Implementation and Practical Application of Infection Control During Construction, Renovation and Maintenance courses. He is a key member of IPAC Consulting’s leadership team through strategic business development and guiding future direction.
Youhanna Salib | BSc, CIC
Director of Consulting Services
Youhanna, is a microbiologist who is Certified in Infection Control (CIC) by the Certification Board of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology (CBIC). With a post-graduate certification in infection control from the University of British Columbia and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder, Youhanna is a recognized expert. He leads the Consultant Team at IPAC Consulting, bringing extensive experience across healthcare sectors, including acute care, long-term care, and surgical centers.
Specializing in integrating IPAC principles into construction, renovation, and design (CRMD) projects—particularly for long-term care facilities—Youhanna collaborates with architects, engineers, and contractors to minimize infection risks and ensure regulatory compliance. His expertise includes evaluating site conditions, mitigating cross-contamination risks, and aligning design features with infection control guidelines.
Through his leadership, Youhanna helps create safe and compliant healthcare environments that prioritize patient safety and operational efficiency.
Stephanie Cini

Stephanie brings over a decade of management experience and three years of specialized consulting expertise in construction and film to her leadership role at IPAC Consulting. Her extensive background allows her to effectively navigate challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

Alex Fullerton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen’s University with First Class Honours. With over 5 years of experience in software development, including web development frameworks, data visualization platforms, and database management systems, Alex specializes in writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code in Agile for a variety of software applications.
He is skilled in leading the development and management of enterprise solutions, training teams, and ensuring process compliance. Sydney is educated in the field of public health, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health as well as a Master of Science in Public Health Sciences with a focus on epidemiology and biostatistics.
Sydney is ambitious and strives for excellence and growth through an empathetic, care-focused approach. During her MSc at the University of Waterloo, she gained experience as a research and teaching assistant and also brings healthcare experience from her co-op placement at Grand River Hospital’s Cancer Centre.
Hannan Hussein
Junior IPAC Consultant
Hannan is an Infection Prevention and Health & Safety professional with experience in public health, home healthcare, and ambulatory screening settings working as a Junior IPAC Consultant.
She has worked closely with Public Health on outbreak response and case follow-up, trained staff on IPAC practices, and supported teams through audits, policy updates, and safety initiatives.
Hannan enjoys working collaboratively and building positive working relationships, and she believes open communication and teamwork are key to effective infection prevention.
